  • 4 Potatoes (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 5-6 Curry Leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1-2 Dry Red Chili
  • Green Chili  (chopped)
  • 1Tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds


  • Add oil to a kadai and wait till it gets hot .now add raw spice i.e. mustard seeds and cumin seeds. then add turmeric powder and dry red chilies and green chilies and stir well.
  • Now add in the finely chopped potatoes along with the salt and curry leaves.
  • Stir well and cook by covering the kadai with a lid on low flame. cook till the potatoes get softened.
  • Serve hot with chapatti.
