Ingredients

  •     Bread  Slices
  •     Grated carrot
  •     Beetroot – 3 tbsp (pureed)
  •     Spinach – 3 tbsp (pureed) 
  •     Cream Cheese – 6 tbsp
  •     Butter – 1 1/2 tbsp
  •     A pinch of salt
  •     Pepper to taste
  • A pinch of roasted turmeric

Directions

  • Add grated carrots, beetroot puree, spinach puree in three different bowls.
  • Add cream cheese, pepper, salt, turmeric and butter to each bowl.
  • Mix them well.
  • apply spinach puree to one slice, in the next slice spread carrot puree and put them together.
  • Next, in another slice apply beetroot puree.
  • Cover it with a saran wrap, Refrigerate for 10-15 mins.
  • Now take off the saran wrap and cut the brown corners.
  • Slice the bread into the triangle.
  • Serve with cheesy dip.
