Ingredients

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp roasted turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • A Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp of Dabur honey
  • 1 cup rolled oats

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients except oats in a pan. Mix well and boil.
  • At medium flame, add oats to the pan. Cook till oats absorbed all the milk.
  • Serve and enjoy a healthy meal.
