  • 1 cup plain yogurt.
  • 1 cup of fresh milk.
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 3-4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 ½ frozen mangoes
  •  Ice Cubes


  • Place yogurt, milk, turmeric powder and cinnamon powder in a blender, blend for 1 minute.
  • Add the frozen mangoes and ice cubes. Mix well.
