Paneer bhurji is the easiest and most delicious way to have a good amount of vitamins and protein. it is very delicious and works well especially with homemade extracted paneer because homemade paneer is far better than store-bought which can be dry, rubbery and sometimes sour!
it can be served with different styles of cooking like paneer toast, with hot chappatis and many more. A homemade paneer should be preferred for a healthy and tasty dish.

  • 2 cups Paneer (grated)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • Green Chillies
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 1 Tomato (chopped)
  • 3/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
  • salt (according to taste)


  • Take a pan, heat oil add cumin seeds to it. After the cumin seeds start spluttering, add onions (till golden brown) then add green chilies.
  • Saute for two to three minutes and then add chopped tomatoes.
  • Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. after the tomatoes are cooked add the grated paneer and mix well.
  • Cook for another one more minute and switch off the flame. Mix the chopped coriander and serve hot with chapatis.
