Turmeric White Bean Spread

  • 2 cups cooked white beans
  •  onion (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (grated)
  • 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3-5 Tbsp water

  • Add beans, onion, garlic, lemon juice, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt and water in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Spread the Turmeric White Bean Spread on one side of the bread slice. now, Top with cucumber, tomato, and onion (optional) with a bit of Turmeric White Bean Spread between each layer. Then top with a final lump of spread and cover it with another bread slice.
