Ingredients

  • Paneer
  • 6 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 3 tbsp Maida
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • Salt according to taste
  • A pinch of turmeric (for color)
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2  tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Green Chillies (chopped)
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 1 Tomato (chopped)
  • 1 Green Capsicum (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar

Directions

  • Take Paneer in a bowl and add cornflour, maida, black pepper and salt to it.
  • Then add water and mix thoroughly.
  • Deep fry the paneer until golden brown. (don’t over fry)
  • Take oil in another pan, add ginger garlic paste and turmeric to it.
  • Saute a little and add chopped green chilies, onion and tomatoes.
  • Mix until the onion changes to little golden brown and tomatos get softened then add green capsicum and cook till capsicum gets softened.
  • Now add the fried paneer, red chili sauce, and vinegar.
  • Mix all the ingredients and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot with chappati.
