Cheese Sandwich is a very delicious snacks cuisine. It is usually or we can say mostly loved by all age groups. In this recipe of cheese sandwich i added a pinch of roasted turmeric also just to make it healthy as well. A tasty blast with healthy diet will be the best take to the day. For this Cheese samdwich i have used white grain breads but, who are on strict diet can also make this amazing recipe with multi-grain bread also. It is one of the most mouth- watering dish. And can served with cold drinks or Ice tea.
- 6 tbsp butter
- Bread slices
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp cheese
- Chopped onion
- Chopped tomatoes
- Black pepper
- Roasted turmeric powder
- Spread butter on 1 side of bread slices.
- Roast bread from the butter side down on medium flame until golden brown. Take a small bowl, mix chopped onion, tomatoes, mayonnaise, cheese, black pepper, roasted turmeric powder and salt (according to taste).
- On butter spread, side of bread spread the batter finely and cover it with another bread.
- Spread butter on both the end sides of the bread and place it in the grill.
- Cook until golden brown and cheese gets melted.
- Serve immediately.
